I am privileged to have this opportunity to recommend Joanne Twining Williams for a career with your institute. Joanne has been the driving force behind our college's first steps on the information superhighway. She as assumed full responsibility for planning and implementing our faculty and staff Internet training program as well as creating highly significant content for both the college as a whole and individual academic areas. I am pleased to say that our college has made a quantum leap in a brief period of time due to Joanne's professionalism.
