Each Mt. Rainier Wild-Crafted product carries its own unique frequency from the mountain.
Mt. Rainier Wild-Crafted products are masterfully crafted from a base of 100% natural, wild plant materials lovingly harvested from a private and pristine 30-acre old-growth hardwood forest on the southwestern slope of Mt. Rainier in Washington State. The plants have thrived naturally for generations, without human cultivation, and spring forth instinctively each year from the mineral-rich volcanic soil, where are tended only by the sun, the moon, and the wind; and watered only by natural rains and cool, clean, glacier-fed spring waters.
Our products are located, harvested, and processed by humble masters who are "tuned in" to each plant's natural, unique
"frequency," energy and vibration, and are focused on transferring that frequency to you. The "frequency" of each of our wild-crafted products is represented by "...toast!" that begins each product's unique description.

Pure, simple, and elegant, "Stinging Nettles" are an ancient plant long recognized and valued by ancient cultures, aboriginal peoples, and natural healers for "...all that ails you..."
Nettles are rich in vitamins A, B, C, E & K, and are abundant in natural minerals. They are very high in iron, protein, and essential amino acids, and in fact have the highest protein of any vegetable or plant on Earth. Nettles are traditionally used to cleanse and clear the urinary tract: the liver and kidneys, and for prostate problems; they are believed to help relieve hay fever and asthma, and are used as a tonic for the blood, for menopausal symptoms, and to brighten and clarify the skin, eyes, and hair. Nettles are also used for treating joint and muscle inflammations such as arthritis, rheumatism, gout, sprains, strains, and tendonitis, and have been shown to have a mild anti-inflammatory effect. Nettles are used to help lower blood sugar levels, as an expectorant, and for their anti-viral properties.
Nettles are truly one of nature's greatest healing and nurturing plants!
Nettles have been eaten and enjoyed all around the world for generations, and are wildly loved for their delicious, refreshing, enlivening, and nutritional properties. They are a traditional survival food for pioneering homesteaders, who prize the tender spring plants, which are used like spinach. Once nettles are dried and/or cooked, they lose their "sting" and can be easily handled and heartily consumed. Our 1-1/2 cup dry nettles package is perfect for tucking into your survival stash to reconstitute later for use as a "daily leafy green" in your balanced and varied diet. The small bag of "Plen-Tea" dried nettles is more than enough to support the "leafy green" nutritional needs of two adults, for one week. Add a healthy pinch of "Plen-Tea" Nettles to your favorite soups, sauces, and other recipes for a hearty and robust body, texture, and taste. Mixture may contains some blossoms and seeds.
Plen-Tea Nettles also make the best tea! ...delicious, refreshing, light and invigorating. You'll love it!
Use approximately 1/3 cup of dried "Plen-Tea" nettles per gallon of tea.
(Our small 1-1/2 bag of dry nettles makes 4-1/2 gallons of tea!) Brew traditionally or use for sun tea. Delicious hot or cold, plain, sweetened, or flavored to taste.

It is a known is antispasmodic, carminative, galactogogue, sedative, and skin vermifuge.

In weak tea form it is especially useful for ill children with colds, colic, and for teething infants. Children love the taste and smell! When applied externally as a wash, it acts to hinder itching and soothe skin and scalp sores. Native Americans give it to a new mother after birth, believing it helps to bring in good healthy milk.
Similar to chamomile, but sweeter and milder, Pineapple weed is often used as a perfume or aromatic and to soften and freshen the skin. It is also often used as an insect repellant.
"Hilari-Tea is also very nice added to casseroles and stir frys, and compliments muffin, cookie, and bread recipes (add to dough before baking).

Borage is an ancient plant long used to relieve melancholy, and afflictions of the spirit,
Since ancient times, Borage (Borago officinalis) has been used as a tonic plant for the adrenal glands, and to provide an invaluable support for a stressful lifestyle. It is used worldwide as a potherb and tea for the comfort of the heart, for the driving away of sorrow, and for increasing the joy of the mind. Borage has long been used to make one "....glad and merry, and drive away all sadness, dullness and melancholy..."
Celtic warriors drank borage-flavored wine to give them courage.
Borage is a member of the same family as comfrey. The plant contains potassium and calcium combined with mineral acids and nitrate of potash, and is a popular remedy for skin blemishes. It is a cooling, saline, diuretic herb, which increases perspiration and has mild sedative and antidepressive properties.
A tea with borage helps to reduce fevers and ease chest colds and is often used as a diuretic, demulcent, and emollient, and for fevers and pulmonary complaint. Borage promotes the activity of the kidneys and as a restorative agent on the adrenal cortex believed to revive and renew the adrenal glands after a medical treatment with cortisone or steroids.
Borage is a fairly common domestic herbal remedy that has been used since ancient times. It is a rich and natural source of essential fatty acid Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA)! Has anti-inflammatory properties and may help maintain healthy skin, joint and cardiovascular function. It has a particularly good reputation for its beneficial affect on the mind, being used to dispel melancholy and induce euphoria. It is a soothing saline, diuretic herb that soothes damaged or irritated tissues. The leaves, and to a lesser extent the flowers, are demulcent, diaphoretic, depurative, mildly diuretic, emollient, expectorant, febrifuge, lenitive and mildly sedative. The tea is used in the treatment of a range of ailments including fevers, chest problems and kidney problems, although it should not be used by people with liver problems. Externally it is used as a poultice for inflammatory swellings.
"Hospitali-Tea" is a delicious, rejuvenating tea, perfect for serving guests to provide a warm welcome and a feeling of the comfort of home. It also tastes great.
